Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of web design, development, and related services by Eravya.

2. Quote and acceptance

Each project is subject to a detailed quote sent to the client. Acceptance of the quote constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Intellectual property

Delivered source code becomes the client's property upon full payment. Eravya reserves the right to mention the project in its portfolio.

4. Deadlines and delivery

Indicated deadlines are estimates. Any delay caused by the client (missing content, late approvals) extends the delivery date accordingly.

5. Maintenance and support

Maintenance is not included in the creation package unless stated in the quote. A separate support retainer can be subscribed.

6. Liability

Eravya commits to delivering a site that matches the agreed specifications. Eravya shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered site.
